“Ideas are the most powerful weapon to change the world.”

The Podcast
Is a place where we interview these disruptors and trailblazers who are spearheading these revolutions. Initially within the local community of Oxfordshire. We are recording this podcast locally in Oxford in a recording studio at the back of the Workshop Café with Tellers Podcasts.
Who is the podcast for and what will they get from it?
The podcast can be enjoyed by anyone, but it is particularly aimed at the young (under 30s) as a source of optimism in a world where the media sensationalises negative events.
Are you a Revolutionary or do you know one?

Our Mission
We are in a youth crisis. There is no doubt about it. Here are some facts to corroborate this:
- Since 2010, over 1,243 council-run youth clubs have closed - kids are bored and spend too long in front of screens, don't learn social skills, feel threatened, carry knives, get sucked into crime etc.
- More people in the early 20s are now out of work due to ill health than people in the '40s, often as a result of problems that manifested in childhood
- The world wellbeing report shows a stark decline in happiness amongst under '30s in the UK and the US who are now the least happy generation in both countries, which is the opposite of how it used to be
- Around 55% of social security spending goes on pensioners and so much wealth is locked up in assets which belong this generation. The average age of a first-time home buyer in the UK is now 33.
- Higher education typically costs over £9,000 for the fees alone and spiralling costs of housing and energy can be off-putting.
It's a tough gig being young today.
It doesn’t have to be like this.
Gen Z have some of the biggest challenges of all time to tackle. Mostly caused by previous generations. Gen Z are far more ideological than their parents and parents parents but are also more divided, and more easily succumb to distraction, apathy and despair.
10 Revolutions seeks to be a catalyst for a generation of idealist young people in the same way that we saw in the 1960s with the emergence of youth culture. Young people’s voices are being heard less and less, politicians get older, wealth stays tied up in assets owned by the baby boomers. We need to change this.
We need the raw energy, fearlessness, creativity and rebellion of youth to create the quantum shifts needed to disrupt the status quo. All this needs to be swept aside for a future of greater equality, tolerance, boldness and courage to take on today’s challenges which present huge opportunities.
