Helping Gen Z thrive in the workplace
and helping companies unlock their
unique talents.

The Next Revolution was born out of a mission: to empower early career professionals with the clarity, self-awareness and courage to lead — at work and in life.

Through a programme of coaching and bespoke training, we help emerging talent to find optimism and purpose, set goals, build better habits and emerge as future leaders.

We believe the next generation of leaders won’t wait their turn — they’ll build the future now.

We provide services to companies willing to make cultural shifts to better connect and engage their emerging talent through actionable insights and recommendations.

Our Mission

More than ever, today’s early career professionals bring energy, creativity and fresh perspective.

But they also expect something different from the workplace – clarity of purpose, meaningful feedback, growth opportunities, and a culture that works for them.

Young employees also feel a significant shortfall in personal support and mentoring from managers and team leaders, whose priorities are too often focused more on deliverables than developing their teams

Almost nine in ten (88%) of 18–34-year-olds say they would be ‘encouraged and motivated’ if they were offered training programmes specifically tailored to their individual needs and career aspirations

But many organisations simply aren’t equipped to engage them. That’s where we step in.

We helps organisations attract, develop, and retain Gen Z talent through coaching, training, and advisory services.

About our founder, Mark

Mark founded The Next Revolution to help Gen Z thrive in the workplace and help companies unlock their unique talents.

"After experiencing my own burnout and loss of purpose following a 25-year career in Supply Chain, Technology and Consulting, I discovered coaching as a powerful tool for change".

Now a certified NLP Somatic coach and volunteer with youth charities, Mark is passionate about equipping young people with confidence, resilience, and self-awareness to succeed in today’s challenging world.

"Unlike many coaches who focus on executives, I work at the grassroots—partnering with organisations that want to invest in their emerging talent. Through coaching, training, and thought leadership, and through my podcast ’10 Revolutions’ I aim to inspire the next generation of revolutionaries to drive positive change for themselves, their companies and society".

Mark is a husband and father of two and also the founder of a non-profit called the Remakery Oxford with a focus on driving circularity and showing the usefulness of waste and discarded objects.
