How we handle your details
What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.
Who we are
The Next Revolution Limited is the data controller for the details you give us through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 09351891, at 2 Hinksey Court, Church Way, Oxford OX2 9SX.

What we collect
When you request a research paper or a brochure, or send us an enquiry, we collect your name, your email address, the subject you chose and anything you write in the message. We also record the date and time of the request.
If you book a call, you give those details to Calendly rather than to this website, and Calendly passes us the booking.
We do not ask for anything else, and the website does not gather information about you in the background.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
To send you what you asked for and to reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You contacted us and expect an answer.
To send occasional updates about new research and events. Our lawful basis is consent. You choose this on the form, it is never ticked for you, and you can stop it at any time by replying to any message or writing to us.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and document requests: twenty-four months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
- The updates list: until you ask to come off it, then deleted.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of providers to run this website and our email. They act on our instructions and may not use your details for anything of their own.
- Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. Its servers sit outside the UK, so your message is transferred internationally when you submit the form.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, which is where your message arrives and is kept.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and serves its pages.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. It carries no advertising trackers and no analytics that identify you or follow you to other sites.
Calendly sets its own cookies on its own pages, which its notice covers.
If we add anything that sets a cookie, we will update this page.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can object to us holding it, and you can withdraw consent to updates at any time.
Write to contact@thenextrevolution.co.uk. We will answer within one month, and it costs you nothing.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your details badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
This website is meant for adults at work. We do not aim our services at under 18s and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes to this notice
We update this page whenever what we do changes.
