Organisations & Current Leaders
We work with growing, often founder-led organisations, to build performance that lasts longer than a quarter.
Sustainable Performance
As organisations grow, complexity grows. As communication channels multiply, founders struggle to delegate and stay connected to the culture they created, meetings fill up days and work gets done out of hours. Burnout is quietly becoming the biggest saboteur of sustainable growth.
Our sustainable performance diagnostic is designed to spot the causes of burnout before they damage performance, culture and retention.
Most tools measure either how employees feel or how they work. We combine both, using surveys, coaching conversations, behavioural science and organisational data. We use qualified coaches who are expert at listening, at creating a safe, judgement free space, and at interpreting verbal and non-verbal cues.
We use AI that synthesises, cleans and anonymises thousands of data points and finds patterns, often obscured from the human eye, about the behaviours that actually drive burnout rather than the symptoms that show up in surveys. Experienced leadership coaches then work alongside your leaders to create lasting behavioural and cultural change.
We measure:
- What employees say, through a survey.
- What people do, through collaboration and organisational metadata.
- What experienced coaches observe, through professional judgement.
Actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and wellbeing, and to develop and retain the people who will drive the next stage of growth.
Coaching & mentoring for managers
Put people and purpose first. Performance follows.
Our research tells us that 87% of Gen Z are looking for coaching and mentoring from their managers, but only 13% of managers are fulfilling this. Coaching is a skill for life, and practising it makes us better leaders and better human beings.
As trained coaches, we offer a programme designed especially for managers with multi-generational team members.
Managers better equipped to lead teams, increasing productivity and retention.
I am incredibly grateful for Jeff’s ability to listen deeply and simplify complex ideas. His skillful questioning helps me uncover my own answers and brings a sense of calm and clarity to my otherwise overwhelming days.Head of Department
The Flightpath workshop
A workshop like no other. It can be run on its own or as part of a wider organisational health check and intervention.
Aimed at growing founder-led organisations, the goal is to strengthen and realign the company’s vision and core values. It is run in a natural setting using visualisation techniques and practical kinesthetic activities, with a healthy mix of competition and collaboration.
Through powerful questions, visualisation and hands-on activities, you can expect to come away with a stronger sense of your organisation’s purpose and a clearer vision of the future. Afterwards we can work with you to refresh the relevant policies, statements and documents, and support the change within the organisation.
A stronger and more powerful vision and set of values, making your organisation more attractive on the outside while improving retention and performance inside it.
Psychometric profiling
Our preferred psychometric tool is Spotlight. Spotlight is a BPS-accredited psychometric profiling tool, originally developed in elite sport to unlock elite performance and used by one third of English Premier League football teams.
Spotlight identifies how a person’s mindset and behavioural style respond under pressure, guiding them to adapt their approach for better results. Its philosophy is built around adaptability, a vital skill in a fast-changing world.
We have an experienced Spotlight practitioner on our team who oversees individual and team debriefs.
Improved team dynamics, strengths awareness and collaboration habits.
Speaking engagements and seminars
We are booking talks and webinars to present our latest research paper, Gen Z in the Workplace: Closing the Expectation Gap, in universities interested in what young professionals expect from work and their employers, and in organisations interested in understanding their early talent and how to motivate them.
We have recently published a white paper on the NEET crisis and are booking slots to talk about it. It collects feedback from leading voices including academics, companies and policy makers, and combines survey and factual data to offer practical solutions to a monumental challenge.
We have other publications planned for next year and will share them here once they are in the public domain.
Examples of topics we have covered include: strengths, self-awareness, goal setting, confidence and imposter syndrome, careers advice and workplace conflict. We are skilled facilitators and can run bespoke training covering human skills, personal development, leadership, organisational psychology, performance and productivity, wellbeing and mindfulness. If we think something lies outside our sweet spot, we will tell you but we may know someone more suitable.
Want to talk it through?
A conversation costs nothing and usually makes the choice obvious.
