This website is run by The Next Revolution Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 09351891, at 2 Hinksey Court, Church Way, Oxford OX2 9SX. You can reach us at contact@thenextrevolution.co.uk.
What these terms cover
They apply to using this website, downloading our research papers and brochures, and booking a call with us.
They do not cover the coaching, training and advisory work itself. That is agreed separately and in writing, and where the two differ, the written agreement comes first.
Using the site
The site is free to use. Please use it lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it, reach anything we have not published, or collect the documents behind the form automatically.
Our content
Everything published here is ours or used with permission: the research, the articles, the podcast material, the photography, the design and the words.
You are welcome to:
- read it, print it and keep a copy;
- link to any page;
- quote from it in your own work, crediting The Next Revolution and linking to the page.
Please do not:
- republish a paper or article in full, anywhere;
- sell it, or include it in anything you charge for;
- remove our name or branding from it;
- use it to train a machine learning model, or feed it into one for redistribution.
If you want to do something that is not on the first list, ask us. We usually say yes.
The papers and brochures
Free to download and share inside your own organisation. They are not for resale or for publishing elsewhere.
Booking a call
Booking a call through this site is an appointment, not a contract for work. Any engagement is agreed separately and in writing.
This is not advice
The papers, articles and podcast are general information about work, leadership and development. They are not legal, HR or financial advice for your own situation and they are not a substitute for it. Please do not act on anything here without advice that takes your own circumstances into account.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we update it as our thinking moves on. We do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will never be offline, and we may change, move or remove anything on it.
Other people’s sites
We link out to LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify and Calendly, and to sources we cite. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them or for their terms.
Liability
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Beyond that, and as far as the law permits, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or of anything you download from it.
